If you've found yourself here or if I've sent you here, you're interested in creating a one of a kind illustration!. I'm stoked you're here and I'm looking forward to working with you.
Here's some information before we get started.
Firstly, please be certain that my illustration style is what you are looking for. While I am open to ideas It's important to me to stay true to the aesthetic style which I am known for. All my illustrations are hand drawn and there are certain things I'm not experienced in so have a good look through my work before we chat so you understand what you are going to recieve by working with me. That way I can deliver you the strongest illustration possible and I can have a good old time creating it for you. You can see my work here or on my Instagram feed.
Before we discuss pricing and workflow, there's a few simple things I'll need to know.
1. Did you have any specific ideas in mind? It's ok if you don't, we can have a chat about some possibilities that might suit your brand and its needs. We can create a simple t-shirt design or we can go as complex as a full brand kit including merch, social media assets, sticker layouts, business cards.. sky is the limit!
2. What will these illustrations be used for? This helps me with the shape of the design and gives me an idea of what else I need to know. For example, if it's a t-shirt design I may need to use limited colours depending on how it's printed etc.
3. Did you have a budget in mind? I can give you some pricing options based on your ideas or if you have a budget in mind, we can work towards that amount. My prices range between $500 and 5k plus gst, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Once I've given you a price and if it's accepted, a small holding deposit to reserve my next available timeslot is required.
If you are a larger brand or business that plans to make a decent profit from my work, a license fee and time of use restriction may be applied.
The process of creating the work consists of us first chatting out an idea, then I’ll roughly sketch something up with an allowance of two revisions before I move on to a detailed outline and some nice vibrant colours. I’ll share the process with you along the way!
Upon completion of the illustration you will be supplied with a Dropbox folder link with several file types for use such as PSD, PNG, jpeg, and pdf(vector). These files are suitable for printing on items such as t-shirts, hoodies, prints and stickers, heck.. you could print it on the side of an aeroplane if you have one. If you are after an illustration to be printed on something specific, please let me know as it'll help me with the shape of the design. If you require such things as a flash sheet, a social media package, I'll need to know this too.
Please also note that I may use the un-branded illustration I create for you for my own personal use and sales.
