Once or twice a year here on my island home of Tassie. We get visited by Neil. You might see Neil as the gorgeous, cut, friendly elephant seal but I see him for who he really is… a punk rock, law breaking, skate boarding anarchist and vandal. The title ‘ beach and destroy’ is a play on words from the Metallica song ‘seek and destroy’ which was used in some 90’s bmx and skateboarding videos.
